Nancy K. Ansheles

Nancy Ansheles started Catalyst & Co. in 1995 after a successful career in large organizations as a human resource specialist, marketing and communications manager, and training and development professional.   Since then, she has created and facilitated engaging, customized, and practical learning programs from keynotes to workshops to one-on-one coaching for more than 200 clients and more than 28,000 learners.Nancy Ansheles

Unique Work Experience

Prior to opening her own business, Nancy’s unique and eclectic job responsibilities included:

  • coordinating a $100,000 technical training budget
  • anchoring an employee news show for 1,000 employees
  • developing a state-wide agency blood drive
  • coordinating a women’s professional conference
  • educating seniors about health insurance
  • teaching hundreds of students to facilitate discussion groups
  • guiding European students on study tours
  • Oh, and even hiring Santa Clause!

Nancy serves on the Advisory Committee for the Basilio Perez Scholarship Fund

Since her teens, Nancy has consistently been an active volunteer for the community.  Currently she mentors a young woman from Sudan and her siblings, and serves on the advisory committee for the Basilio Perez Scholarship Fund.

Running the New York City Marathon

She’s an avid runner and has trained for and completed numerous races including two marathons.   Nancy also loves to travel and has visited a variety of countries, including Ukraine for an AIDS/HIV educational trip. She and her husband have also hosted a variety of exchange students and adults from several countries, including Russia and Vietnam.
