Princy Quadros Mennella, Ph.D.

Princy Quadros Mennella, Ph.D. is the founding neuroscience program director at Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA. She received her doctorate in Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Since 2004, Princy has been educating undergraduates in the field of neuroscience, first at the University of Massachusetts and then at Delaware State University. As an educator, she has been infusing innovating teaching practices to deliver a variety of courses in neuroscience, including introduction to neuroscience, cognitive neuroscience and neuropharmcology.

Princy has been invited to give a number of presentations on topics in neuroscience to a wide audience from preschoolers to undergraduates to parents and community members. Recently, she spoke at two regional ATD conferences, one with Nancy Ansheles, Catalyst & Co. Through her collaboration with Nancy, Princy has had the opportunity to apply her knowledge of neuroscience to the field of talent development.

Princy currently lives in Longmeadow, MA with her husband and two daughters, Charlotte (Charley) and Madelyn (Maddy). In her spare time, Princy loves to cook, read, hike and go on traveling “adventures” with her family.
